… no really, you don’t understand… this is a “Big Deal” – I’m Blogging, as of this moment, for the first time in my life. Can’t you just feel the energy?

As we launch our new website for Eaglemont Church, we also dive into a topic in our Sunday Gatherings & Small Groups (over the next six weeks) that really could revolutionize your perception of who God is and who he wants to be in relation to you. The title of this John Ortberg material, if true, is life-changing and eternity-altering: “God Is Closer Than You Think”!

Many times, people’s perception of who God is, is based on human experience, or on something a bitter parent told them about who God is. I have often found that people’s ideas about God are not in line with what the Bible actually says about how he wants to relate to us. Maybe Sunday morning will begin a new path of discovery for you… I look forward to meeting you!
