We have Sunday Morning Programming for Age 2 - Kindergarten
We have a great team of dedicated volunteers ready to tell stories, sing songs, play games and share the love of Jesus with your child.
Check In
There are two check-in stations. One in the back of the gym and the other in the upstairs hallway outside the age 2-3 classroom. These stations have iPads where you type in your phone number to access and it will bring up your family information and you check-in the child (children) who will be attending kids church today. A name tag printed out for each child along with a “Pick Up Tag”. Please have your child wear their name tag and hold on to the “Pick Up Tag” as that you will be asked for it at check out.
Once you have checked-in and have your name tag and “Pick Up Tag” you can bring your child straight to their classroom. The preschool rooms open at 9:50 am. There is a cubby right next to their room for you to put their coat. You will receive a pager when you drop them off. This will buzz if your child needs a diaper change or if they are having a hard time settling into the class.
Check Out
When you come to pick up your child, please have your pager and “Pick Up Tag” ready. The leader at the door will call your child to begin the sometimes slow process of getting your child ready to go home and scan their name tag for check out. While we check out your child, please find your child’s craft and any take home pages in the hanging file just outside the door.
Keep in mind:
Only preauthorized people are able to pick up your children
Only people 16+ can be preauthorized to pick up your children
By default the parents are the only authorized people for pickup. To add additional people such as grandparents, aunts & uncles, or family friends, please ask Pastor Charity or Cheryl for the Additional Authorized Pickup People Form.
