In child dedication, parents publicly express their desire to partner with God and their church family in raising their child. Dedication does not impart salvation to a child. Salvation comes only through trusting personally in Jesus Christ and His work on the cross. Instead of baptizing children, we encourage Christian parents to dedicate their children. The next Child Dedication opportunity will be in our Thanksgiving gathering on Sunday Oct. 13 (10 AM). Please register by Sunday, September 29.
Our Church Clean up Day is Saturday, October 5/19 (9 AM – Noon). Your help is needed to keep our building in good shape.
If you would like to sign up, please email our office administrator Maureen, and she will send you a form where you can sign up for specific tasks. Or call the church office at (780) 929-5111.

Prayer and Vision Night Sunday, November 3 from 6–7:30 PM. Please mark your calendar for this important evening together as a church family. As we look to the future with excitement and faith, Eaglemont’s Pastor and Council leadership team believes it would be beneficial to engage the Eaglemont family in discussion about our ministry plan based on our mission (‘Committed, in simplicity, to knowing God, loving people, serving the world’). If ECC is your church family, we invite you to participate in this evening of prayer and roundtable discussion. Look forward to seeing you there! Childcare will be available for children ages 2 - grade 6. Pre-register your child for this evening here.
Next baptism opportunity is November 10th, and the baptism class will be on Sunday, Nov. 3rd @ 9 am.
When we are baptized we are giving testimony to our salvation and experience of coming into a personal relationship with God, through Jesus Christ. If you’d like to learn more about being baptized, click the button below. Please watch for when the next opportunity is for water baptism.
