180 Youth
Wednesday Nights | Grades 7-12 | 7pm - 9:30pm
Wednesday nights at 180 are all about showing up, having fun, and being part of something real. Whether you’re playing video games, shooting pool, grabbing a snack, or jumping into the chaos of games and challenges, there’s always space to hang out and be yourself.
But it’s more than just a good time. We create space to talk about real life and real faith—even the hard questions about God, life, and everything in between. No topic is off-limits, and you don’t have to have it all figured out.
Every night includes a short message and small groups where you can be honest, ask questions, and build genuine friendships with people who actually care.

OCTOBER - NOVEMBER SERIES: READ RECEIPTS
Read Receipts is a series about one of the biggest questions Christians can ask: What even is the Bible?
We hear a lot about the Bible. We read it at church, see verses online, hear people quote it, and are told that it's important. But why? What actually is the Bible? Why should we care about it? And can we really trust it?
Over the next few weeks, we'll take a step back and look at what the Bible actually is, why Christians believe it matters, and what it means for us to engage with it today. No church background required. Just bring your questions and come ready to figure it out together.
OCTOBER 14TH — READ RECEIPTS: What even is the Bible?
We all have that one friend who sends a message and then leaves you on read.
But what if the Bible is more than just a book full of old stories and random verses? What actually is it?
We'll kick off Read Receipts by taking a look at what the Bible is, where it came from, and why Christians believe it's worth paying attention to. We'll start with the basics and ask some of the biggest questions about this weird, ancient, incredibly important book.
OCTOBER 28th — READ RECEIPTS: Can I trust it?
Okay, so the Bible is important. But can we actually trust it?
The Bible was written thousands of years ago, by different people, in different places, over a really long period of time. So how do we know that what we have today is reliable? Can we trust what the Bible says about God, Jesus, and the world around us?
This week, we'll look at why Christians believe the Bible is trustworthy and explore some of the questions that come up when we actually start examining it.
OCTOBER 7TH - GARFIELD: THE EXPERIENCE
Okay. We need to talk about what is happening on October 7th.
For reasons that we genuinely cannot explain, we're turning 180 into a Garfield-themed youth night. And honestly? We're leaning all the way in.
We're bringing lasagna, stupid games, ridiculous Garfield activities, and Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties. There may even be a surprise appearance from Garfield himself.
This is your official invitation to come hang out, bring your friends, eat an irresponsible amount of lasagna, and experience something that absolutely did not need to exist.
You don't want to miss this one.
Bring your friends. Come hungry. Wear your Garfield merch if you have it. Or don't. We are not here to judge.

October 16th - SR. HIGH NIGHT: THE REC ROOM
We’re getting out of the church and heading to The Rec Room at South Edmonton Common!
On Friday, October 16th, we’re spending the night playing games, hanging out, competing, and seeing who can somehow turn a completely normal arcade game into a life-or-death competition.
Bring your friends. Bring your competitive spirit. Bring your ability to make questionable decisions with arcade credits.

OCTOBER 21st - CORN MAZE NIGHT
We're getting out of the church and heading to the Edmonton Corn Maze!
Grab your friends and get ready for a night of getting completely lost in a field of corn, confidently following someone who definitely doesn't know where they're going, and eventually (hopefully) finding our way back out.
IMPORTANT: We're leaving the church at 6:00 PM, so come early! We're starting earlier than a normal youth night because of the Corn Maze's hours. Pickup will still be at the church at our regular 9:30 PM time.
We're still working out the rest of the details, but save October 21st and plan to join us!
