WE'RE TAKING A BREAK FROM JONAH!
After spending the last few weeks following Jonah's questionable decision-making, we're giving him a little time off.
Our Jonah series is officially on pause for the rest of 2026!
Don't worry. We're not abandoning Jonah in Nineveh. We'll pick the series back up in the new year.
In the meantime, we've got some fun things planned to finish off 2026!
We're talking Christmas shopping for a good cause, an evening of painting and snacks, and a Christmas banquet that's going to be just the right amount of fancy and ridiculous.
Whether you've been coming to Young Adults for years or you're thinking about checking it out for the first time, we'd love to have you join us.
NOVEMBER 12TH — THE CHRISTMAS SUPPLY RUN
It's time to do some Christmas shopping. But not for ourselves.
On Thursday, November 12th, we're doing something a little different for Young Adults.
We're teaming up to put together gift-filled shoeboxes through Operation Christmas Child, helping bring some joy to children around the world this Christmas season.
Here's how the night will work:
We'll start at Eaglemont, split into teams, and head out to local stores on a mission to purchase gifts and supplies for our shoeboxes.
Everyone will be responsible for purchasing the items they want to contribute, so bring some money and come ready to shop!
Once we've completed our extremely important Christmas shopping mission, we'll head back to the church to pack and decorate our boxes together.
And because no good operation should begin without refreshments, we'll have coffee and donuts to kick things off.
It's going to be a fun night of hanging out, giving back, and doing something meaningful together as we head into the Christmas season.

NOVEMBER 26TH — THE FINE ARTS SOCIETY
An evening of sophistication, artistic expression, and people who probably shouldn't be trusted with a paintbrush.
Welcome to The Fine Arts Society.
On Thursday, November 26th, we're turning Young Adults into a very prestigious art establishment. By which we mean we're putting out some canvases, painting supplies, and charcuterie boards and seeing what happens.
Whether you're an incredibly talented artist or someone whose artistic abilities peaked somewhere around Grade 3, this night is for you.
We'll have everything you need to create your very own masterpiece (a term we're using pretty generously), along with snacks and plenty of time to hang out.
There are no expectations of artistic greatness. In fact, we actively discourage taking yourself too seriously.
BEST PART? IT'S COMPLETELY FREE!
We'll provide all the painting supplies, canvases, and snacks. All you need to do is show up!
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!
While the night is completely free to attend, we're asking everyone to register ahead of time so we know how many canvases, painting supplies, and snacks to prepare.
It'll only take a minute, and it helps us make sure there's enough for everyone!

DECEMBER 10TH — THE EAGLEMONT YOUNG ADULTS CHRISTMAS GALA
Ladies and gentlemen, it's time to get unnecessarily fancy.
On Thursday, December 10th, we're wrapping up 2026 with our very own Eaglemont Young Adults Christmas Gala!
We're talking good food, Christmas festivities, an excuse to dress up, and what will almost certainly be a few moments of absolute nonsense.
Think Christmas banquet meets a slightly questionable awards ceremony.
We're putting together a fun evening to celebrate the end of the year, spend some time together, and enjoy one last Young Adults gathering before Christmas!
More details are on the way! We're still working out some of the specifics, so keep an eye out for more information about the evening.
For now, mark your calendars, start planning your outfit, and prepare for an evening of unnecessary sophistication.
